Scope of the Service
Capacity development covers people, process, and platforms in an integrated way. Core modules include proposal and grant writing, donor mapping, case for support development, AI-assisted content, and automation of routine fundraising and grant tasks. The scope also addresses stewardship planning, basic monitoring and evaluation links to fundraising, budgeting for proposals, and light compliance checks to align activities with donor requirements.
Proposal & grant writing training
Training focuses on structuring proposals, aligning to donor criteria, budgeting basics, work plans, and annexes. Participants practice scoping, building logframes or results frameworks, and translating programmatic language into clear, funder-ready narratives. Tools include outlines, checklists, calendars, and peer review steps designed to standardise submissions, reduce rework, and improve on-time delivery.
New: Automation of Fundraising and Grant Tasks
We boost your repetitive fundraising and grant development tasks through our business process-specific automation support, and establish automated, yet native business habbits; and most importantly, we provide hands-on training on how to get the best of automated processes. Think of transforming WhatsApp voice message daily updates into structured, compliant narrative report drafts, conditional notifications, scheduled and needs-specific opportunity mapping reports, alignment insights (with your own policies & standards), deadline reminders, basic reporting, and much more.
Donor mapping & portfolio development
Participants learn to build and maintain a prospect universe, segment by thematic fit and giving capacity, and prioritise outreach. The module introduces simple scoring, pipeline stages, review cadences, and territory or account ownership to clarify responsibilities. Data sources such as public reports, networks, and open databases are referenced to keep the portfolio current and evidence based.

Result-Based Partnership
We only get paid when you secure funding. This is our commitment to quality and social responsibility: our success is directly tied to yours.
Retainer-Based Partnership
Ideal for lean teams without in-house fundraising. A small monthly retainer secures priority and continuity, with top-ups per assignment.
Project-Based Proposal Development
Perfect for a single grant proposal or defined project. A great way to trial our services.
Measurement & reporting
The programme establishes indicators for pipeline health, proposal throughput, donor retention, revenue mix, and staff time savings from automation. A simple reporting pack tracks progress, baseline values, targets, and next actions by owner and date. Reviews are scheduled at defined intervals so adjustments can be made based on evidence rather than assumptions.
New: Responsible AI for Speed, Compliance, and Trust
The focus is to reduce repetition while protecting donor trust and organisational voice. AI is applied inside a defined workflow: scoped briefs, templated prompts, restricted datasets, anonymisation where needed, and a verification checklist before publication. Controls cover GDPR-aligned practices, citation and quote verification, funder-instruction matching, and acceptance criteria for quality. Every output records sources and decisions for later audit. This keeps throughput high while maintaining the accuracy and diligence your team is known for.
Training Delivery Model and Approach
Case based, preceded by brief interviews, an FGD, or a focal-point meeting to confirm priorities. Inputs become learning objectives tied to business goals and a results framework with skill, behavior, and operations indicators. Sessions use your live opportunities. Each cohort receives a trainee kit of examples, tools, case studies, templates, and checklists. Modality is flexible – on-site, hybrid, or online – chosen with the cohort. Working languages: English, French, Arabic (interpretation can be arranged, but is not recommended in technical fundraising due to accuracy and pacing). Every module starts with the why, then practice and feedback. Pre-work and a capstone are included, with optional 1-to-1 coaching and (virtual) office hours. We run pre and post assessments, track a 30-60-90 action plan, share executive summaries, and uphold confidentiality, accessibility, and data protection.
